Love this place! Been going here for years and can't reccomed it enough! Staff is super friendly and helpful when you have questions about products. They stock good quality food and treats. Their grooming is great and affordable and you don't have to worry about some kid on minimum wage traumatizing your pet like at the big national stores.

the staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful Tucker was groomed by Sarah, thank you so much! WE are so happy, he looks amazing! he usually has very high anxiety, and from what we saw he felt super comfortable. We have found his new home for grooming!

It had been so long since last My Baby was groomed, she looked like a dust mop, but even with that and being late when I returned SHE WAS BEAUTIFUL ❤️

I went in with a list of what I needed and had just a few questions about my dog. The woman I spoke with was very thorough and helped me out with not only picking out treats but also helping me know that they also have a day care and grooming center as well. I'm so happy I found this place! They have high quality food, toys, organic tear free shampoo... And they have a reward system. I'd rather take them to a quality knowledgeable center then just your average pet center with unenthusiastic employees.

After our groomer closed without notice, we’ve had to hop around from place to place and have really struggled finding somewhere my dog was comfortable and had a quality groom. Luckily, Gibson’s came recommended by another family member and they did such a phenomenal job that I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Amanda gave my dog the best cut she’s ever had (she’s 9). The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t seem bothered at all with all of my questions. My dog was ready for pickup faster than expected and came out looking the best she ever has. Can’t wait to go back.

Took my 2 small dogs there for the first time to be groomed. Loved the place, the staff and the groomer. Doggies look great.

We love this place and have been going there for about 12 years. We took our first dog there for daycare and after he passed we started taking our 2nd dog there. Love the staff! They are so friendly and clearly show an interest and love our pets. They greet our pets using their names and at the end of the day they tell the pets to have a great week or weekend. I don’t know exactly what is going on there with management but I truly hope they can make it work because I trust them with my pups.

It was great and my cat looks so cute...and finally comfortable....I will be bringing her back soon. We need to keep her hair short, otherwise, if she gets wet, she looks like Bob Marley. She's supposed to be my cat but daddy was a wreck leaving her. The girl at the register said all the right things, and once we were given the choice of bows or a bandana, we both said bows....until we got to the car and daddy runs back in and changed his mind to a bandana. Thank you Gibson's, you helped me A LOT to get daddy to let go for a little while. Thank God!!!

They did a killer job trimming up our medium-haired cat with a hairball issue. Everyone was accepting and gentle with our dude, Charlemagne. Was even able to go grocery shopping across the street while I waited. Forget five stars. Rating for a solid price and outstanding service is 11/10. Couldn't be happier with the result. Edit : still very happy with switching to Gibson's after our original groomer shut down. Bought a cool and very sturdy cat tree from them today. Renoir is happy.
